The MHS Class of 1988 will be holding their 20
year reunion July 18-19, 2008. Friday night will
be held at Dr. Lucky's (thank you, Dave Nash). We
will have family and other activities available during
the day on Saturday for those that would like to
participate. Then Saturday night, we will have a
dinner and dance at the Highland Convention Center.
Our plan is to include a fundraiser for Steve Dykstra's
family - his wife has been diagnosed with terminal
cancer, and they have many bills not covered by insurance.
Steve will be left with many bills and four children
to care for. Free will donations for Steve may also
be sent to Kim Haiar at 7104 W MacDougall St, Sioux
Falls, SD 57106. (These can be sent along with your
registration fee - fee amount and deadline date to
be determined.)
There is a block of rooms for the MHS
Reunion at the Hampton Inn and the Comfort Inn & Suites
(this is where the Highland Convention Center is),
so book early. Also, if you have not already done
so, please send your e-mail address to Jim & Kim
Haiar at haiarfam@sio.midco.net ASAP. We are trying
to do as much via e-mail as possible in order to
keep costs down.
