Instructions: This APPLICATION is designed for you to type your answers in on the computer using MS Word and then print out your finalized forms.

This form must be returned by March 1st to the Mitchell High School Office. If for some reason any of the forms cannot be filled out and turned in by this date, see your counselor. Once you have turned in this application, a copy will be made and saved.

MHS Class of 1963

The class of 1963 will be having their 45th reunion on Friday and Saturday, August 29th and 30th, 2008

AGENDA

FRIDAY: August 29

The McGovern Library and Legacy Center will be open from 8-5. Feel free to check out both areas or stop at the Circulation Desk or Karen West Bruns's office if you would like someone to show you around. The web site is www.dwu.edu/library/index.htm The Center will be closed on Saturday.

6:30 PM The Eugene Field 'graduates' or anyone that attended Eugene Field School, are invited to a fun time and dinner at the Depot, located at 210 South Main Street. Ron Fast is in charge and for further info, contact Ron at ronaldfast@hotmail.com

SATURDAY: August 30

8:30 AM - Sign up for the golf scramble at Wild Oak Golf Course (starts at 9:00)

9:30 AM - Tour of Historic Mitchell Main Street, meeting at Corner Stone Coffee House (located at 123 East 3rd). Possibly a walking tour facilitated by Lyle Swenson. Please let me know if you would be interested, as I need to contact him. The web site for the Carnegie Library, as we knew it when we went to school, is www.mitchellcarnegie.org and this will also be included in the tour.

7:00 PM - Meal at Wild Oak Golf Course (Fun Time!!!) The charge is $20.00 per person for the meal, tax and tip included. Please make checks payable to the "Class of 1963". After August 10th, cost will be $25.00 per person.

Class of 1998
The Class of 98 Reunion will be held June 28th at The YMCA Day Camp, located at Lake Mitchell near the Prehistoric Indian Village, starting at 10am. Families welcome. Bring your own food and beverages. At 7pm Dinner will be served at the Masonic Temple, 112 E 5th, with a dance to follow. A $25 per person fee is requested for the dinner to cover reservations, dinner and a DJ. For Nicole’s address send an E-mail to her at nljarding@yahoo.com
